FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION

Thank you for your interest in the 2026 Winkler Harvest Festival!  To apply to become a Food vendor, please fill out the following information. 

Vendors will be contacted on or around April 15 2026 regarding their acceptance.

Application Deadline is March 31, 2026

Payment in full is required to accompany the application, however payment will only be processed upon approval from the Harvest Festival Committee.

Note:  Not all vendors are approved and the Harvest Festival reserves the right to give preference to returning vendors. Campsites MAY be available on request, please inform us as soon as possible if you would like a campsite reserved for you. No campers will be permitted on the Festival grounds.
