We realize the parade is a great opportunity to advertise your business, however it is also a show that is put on for the community. With that in mind, please consider decorating your parade entry vehicle in some way.

Decorated Vehicle ($50.00 entry fee will be charged upon submission of application and REFUNDED upon arrival at the parade)

Non-Decorated Vehicle ($50.00 entry fee will be charged for vehicles that are not decorated)

Please provide us with your method of payment. NOTE: Cash/Debit payments may only be made in person at our Office within 48 hours of application submission (1045 Grandeur Ave, Winkler, MB.). Cheques can be mailed to 185 Main Street, Winkler, MB, R6W 1B4 and must arrive PRIOR to July 15, 2024.

Terms & Conditions *

If you plan on distributing promotional items, you must have people bringing the items directly to the audience members. Absolutely no throwing of anything during the parade. No brake-stands, revving of engines or any other loud or unnecessary noises. Anyone found to be breaking these rules will be immediately ejected from the parade. If you have a large group of people as part of your parade entry, you MUST make plans to meet at a site AWAY from the marshalling area then proceed to marshalling together. There are not enough parking spaces at our marshalling site to act as a staging area.

I have read and understand the parade rules and regulations. On behalf of the organization/names above and all participants in the entry, I agree that neither the City of Winkler or the parade committee or any other employee or volunteer assumes any responsibility for any personal injury or property damage suffered in connection with the parade howsoever caused including negligence and excepting only wilful misconduct and agree to release and hold harmless such parties from any claims for such injury or damage.
